Do your pork chops curl up during cooking?

Pork Tip: Cut 2-3 relief slits on the outside of your pork chop to enable the pork chop to lay flat during and after cooking

Want to keep your pork chops juicy?

Pork Tip: Grill your pork chops slowly at lower temperature 275-300F and don’t over cook them!

US Department of Agriculture recommends cooking to 145F with at least a 3 minute rest.  https://www.usda.gov/media/blog/2022/10/03/cooking-meat-it-done-yet#:~:text=Cook%20raw%20beef%2C%20pork%2C%20lamb,minutes%20before%20cutting%20or%20consuming

How do you check the internal temperature of your pork chop?

Pork Tip: Use an instant read thermometer and probe in the middle of your pork chop

How to ensure your pork chop is well seasoned?

Pork Tip: Heavily sprinkle pork chops with your favorite seasoning. I usually season until I cannot see the meat underneath. Allow the seasoning to sit on the pork chop and when you see the moisture in the meat sweat through, that’s normal!

Bone in or Boneless?

Pork Tip: Bones will not add flavor, but often around the bone of pork chop is tiny amounts of fat that will be extra delicious and juicy.  So bone in or boneless is a preference!
